Sect. 1 General
We will process your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) exclusively in accordance with the provisions of German privacy laws. The following provisions will inform you of the nature, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy policy applies only to our websites. If you are directed to other site via links on our pages, please familiarise yourself with the respective use of your data there.
Sect. 2 Inventory data
(1) Your personal data, insofar as they are required for the establishment, content definition or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for fulfilment of the contract. Thus, for example, your name and address must be forwarded to the goods suppliers for the actual delivery of the goods.
(2) Without your express consent or in the absence of a legal basis, your personal data will not be shared with any third parties not participating in the fulfilment of the contract. After fulfilment of contract, your data will be blocked from further use. At the end of expiry of the period set by German commercial and tax regulations for data retention, this data will be deleted, unless you have agreed explicitly to its further use.

There is the possibility of writing a comment. But we ask some data off (e.g. names/alias, email address, website), which we use exclusively for the comment function. The data are not used for another purpose and are not passed on not on third without your express consent.

Sect. 5 Information about cookies
(1) We use cookies to optimise our website. These are small text files that are temporarily stored on your computer. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies remain on your computer (persistent cookies) and identify the computer during your next visit. This allows us to provide you with better access to our site.
(2) You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard drive by choosing the “block cookies” setting in your browser. This can, however, reduce the useful functionality of our website.

(1) We use social plug-ins from facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the addition of "Facebook Social Plug-in”. If you click on the "Like" button or enter a comment, the corresponding information is sent directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Further Facebook makes your preferences for your Facebook friends public. If you are logged in with Facebook, Facebook can assign directly the call of our side to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or possess no Facebook account, their browser information (e.g. which web page you have called, your IP-address), which is stored by Facebook. Details on the handling of your personal data by Facebook and your relevant rights can be found in the privacy policy: Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to collect information about you via our web pages, you should log out of Facebook before you visit our website. You can prevent the storing of Facebook Plugins also with add-ons for your browser completely, e.g. with the „Facebook blocker“ (Facebook).
(2) In connection with Twitter and the Re-Tweet functions, we use the so-called “Social Plug-ins” from twitter.com, operated by Twitter Inc. 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. If you use the Re-Tweet functions, the web pages you visit will be disclosed to third parties and linked to your Twitter account. For details on the use of your data by Twitter as well as on your rights and setting options to protect your personal data, please see the privacy policy: Twitter. If you do not like the fact that Twitter directly assigns the data collected over our Web appearance to your Twitter account you must out-log on Twitter before your visit of our website. You can prevent the storing of Twitter Plugins also with add-ons for your browser completely, e.g. with the script blocker (NoScript).
(3) Social Plugins of Google+ On our website we use so-called Social Plugins (“Plugins”) of the social network Google+, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, the USA (“Google”). The Plugins is e.g. on button with the indication “+1” recognizable on white or colored background. An overview of Google Plugins and their appearance you find here.
If you call a side of our Web appearance, which such Plugin contains, your browser develops a direct connection to the servers of Google. Contents of the Plugins are conveyed by Google directly to your browser and merged into the side. By the integration Google receives the information that your browser called the appropriate side of our Web appearance, even if you possess no profile with Google+ or are not logged in with Google+. This information (including your IP-address) is conveyed by your browser directly to a server of Google into the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in with Google+, Google can assign directly the visit of our website to your Google+ profile. If you interact with the Plugins, for example operate the “+1” - button, the appropriate information will be conveyed directly to a server by Google and stored there. In addition the information is published on Google+ and is shown to your contacts on Google+.
Purpose and range of the data acquisition and the further processing and use of the data by Google as well as your relevant rights and attitude possibilities for the protection of your privacy you please take from the privacy statements of Google.
If you do not like the fact that Google directly assigns the data collected over our Web appearance to your profile on Google+ you must out-log on Google+ before your visit of our website with Google+. You can prevent the loading of Google Plugins also with add-ons for your browser completely.
