MARCH 2020 MOVE TO A 1000m² LARGE PLACE

In June 2020 my rental contract for the place in Kaarst was terminated because the entire place had been sold and the new owner wants to tear down the building.

So I was on the search again but no chance to find anything near to where I live.

I ended up finding something really large but still affordable right next to the Autobahn A61 in Mönchengladbach-Wickrath, which is a 30km drive one way.

1000m² workshop, 200m² office, sanitary and social rooms. In addition, 1000m² free space outside.

Now I have 400m² shop area plus 600m² outside. Rest is rented out to others, mainly folks from the old place in Kaarst. Plus we now have the luxury of hot water.

And who really feels like it can even take a shower 😊
