IMPORTANT

Keep the metal screws of the old OEM adjusters and insert them into the new plastic bits.

Removing the adjusters

Two of the metal bits are the actual adjustment screws (middle & right) and just screw into the plastic parts by self cutting their necessary thread.

You need to grab the plastic part on the non threaded part with some appropriate pliers to screw in the metal screw.

The third one is quite a bit shorter and has to be pressed into the plastic part.

This is the best way to do it – watch out for the 2.6cm and put the nut on the thread prior to putting it into the vice !

The small pins on the plastic bits are preventing them from turning while adjusting the headlight later.
